Product application

1. Re wetting adhesive

Mainly used for sealing or backing envelopes, stamps, and labels. After coating, it dries and regains its viscosity upon contact with water. Good solubility in cold water and convenient preparation

2. Adhesive between paper tube and paper core

Mainly used for interlayer bonding of spiral or flat roll paper tubes (such as chemical fiber, film, leather and other industrial cores). Has high adhesive strength and can significantly increase the stiffness of paper tubes

3. Apply glue to the surface of the paper

Mainly used for coating on paper surfaces, improving smoothness, impermeability, printability, and enhancing physical strength. It can be used as a surface sizing agent alone or mixed with polyvinyl alcohol.

4. Binding and pasting

Mainly used for book binding, cardboard mounting, paper box edge sealing, mounting labels, etc., it has high viscosity, fast drying, good transparency, and is suitable for bonding absorbent materials

Precautions

1. Viscosity control: The viscosity range of cyclodextrin is relatively wide. Wet glue requires lower viscosity to ensure uniform coating; Paper tube adhesive requires high viscosity and high solid content to achieve high strength and fast drying.

2. Mold prevention: Cyclodextrin is a natural substance, and the prepared gel may ferment and deteriorate if left in a warm environment for a long time. Suggest using it immediately or adding a small amount of food grade preservatives (such as sodium benzoate).

3. Drying conditions: Its adhesion relies on water evaporation, and sufficient drying and ventilation conditions are crucial to ensure adhesive strength and production efficiency
